the staff was very helpful and polite .
There was only one elevator available, so i had to wait a long time. It was very annoying. everybody was complaining about this lift situation.

great design sauna steam room high quality products
The refurbished rooms feature great design. The spa offered a sauna and a steam room. I found the jacuzzi pool especially appealing. The staff made my anniversary weekend nice with special touches. I received an upgraded room that was big and clean. High quality products and many extras enhanced my stay.
I noticed a 5% service charge added to the final bill, besides the usual service charges on food and beverages.

smooth check-in room upgrade small room inconsistent replenishment
the concierge greeted me as i approached the hotel, taking my luggage. check-in was smooth. i received a complimentary room upgrade, a pleasant surprise. breakfast was amazing and i had a buffet plus a menu with various options such as pancakes and indian dishes.
the allotted room was smaller than the website description indicated. there were times my room wasn't serviced until late at night. replenishment of water bottles was inconsistent, requiring repeated requests and long waits.

The hotel's proximity to buckingham palace was very convenient. i found bottled water provided daily without charge! the buffet presented a generous selection of items. Everything tasted fresh. i appreciated the central location, it made it easy to explore.
the hotel has a small detail, the in-room coffee machine was a bit noisy.

attentive service diverse food water bottles plenty sockets
The staff provided very attentive service. They addressed every request quickly. food choices proved diverse, particularly during breakfast. i found the complimentary water bottles a practical amenity. the availability of plenty sockets made device charging easy.
One elevator was under maintenance, causing occasional delays. It was just a minor inconvenience though.
