the concierge greeted me as i approached the hotel, taking my luggage. check-in was smooth. i received a complimentary room upgrade, a pleasant surprise. breakfast was amazing and i had a buffet plus a menu with various options such as pancakes and indian dishes.
the allotted room was smaller than the website description indicated. there were times my room wasn't serviced until late at night. replenishment of water bottles was inconsistent, requiring repeated requests and long waits.
